Good Morning one and all!
I hope you have had a very productive week until now?
Let me get straight onto this weeks' WIP as I have much to share with you today LOL!
As you can see, my Jassy's Jumper is just about done. I have about 14 rows of rib and then I can sew in the loads and loads of thread ;O
I have thoroughly enjoyed this project, good thing too, as hubbys' jersey he asked for looks quite similar!
I will show the completed jumper on Friday as an FO - YEAH, first of 2013 :)
The new balls of yarn on the side?
Well, the 3 balls of Drops Karisma are for a new pattern I am working on, I will give you more of an insight to that next Wednesday.
The Drops Fabel on the side is for a surprise Birthday shawl for someone special.
Reading:
I have finished my Jodi Picoult "Lone Wolf" (I will be doing a Book review on it shortly) and so I thought I would look at pictures and read what interests me this week LOL!
As you may recall, I have started a new Blog with hubby for the duration of 2013.
We started it to log our progress on becoming a little more Self-Sufficient, so it looks like this book is a good place to start.
"The New Self-Sufficient Gardner" is quite awesome so far - I love the detailed images in this book. It definitely looks like it will become quite a good resource in the next couple of months!
Talking of reading, have you heard about my online Bookclub that I started?
We are in throes of choosing our first book to read.
I would love it if you came past and cast your vote on which of the three books we should read this time round (even if you don't want to take part, your vote would be greatly appreciated).
Don't forget to come past and share your creativeness tomorrow on Tutorial Thursday.
For the next couple of weeks my Tutorials will be based on goodies that you can make for Valentines Day.
I would love to be able to feature some of your handmade goodies!
(FYI: they don't have to be Blog tutorials, just wondrous goodies you would like us to see ;))
Hope to see you there.
Anyway, I wish you all an amazing, creative Wednesday.
I will be sharing his post over at Tami and Ginny, so do head over there for some creative inspiration :)
x
See you tomorrow
